Site analytics

We use privacy-preserving web analytics that do not set cookies and do not collect personally identifying information.

Call tracking

Phone numbers route through our affiliate network partner. Call duration, originating area code, and (sometimes) recording are captured for quality assurance. The lead passes to the independent local contractor handling your dispatch.

Indiana one-party consent

Indiana is a one-party consent state for call recording under the Indiana wiretap act, Ind. Code § 35-33.5-1-5. Only one party to the call needs to consent to recording, and a party recording a call to which they are a party is permitted under Indiana law. The affiliate network's IVR or live dispatcher still provides recording disclosure at call connection as a courtesy and for quality-assurance documentation.

What we don't collect

We do not operate user accounts, do not store your name, address, or contact details server-side, and do not sell your information to third parties for advertising.
